Separate from privacy law obligations, NextRock Advisors, its employees, its Certified Stratifier consultants, and its Service Provider partners are contractually bound to protect your non-public business information and the Outputs generated for you. Client data is never used to train third-party, shared, or foundation AI models. These two-way obligations are set out in Section 7 (Mutual Confidentiality) of the Terms of Service.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Restrict or object to processing
• Export your data

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
