What happens in a group
A typical meeting mixes a short learning segment, a member scorecard review and one or two deep-dive issue sessions where the group works a real decision the member is stuck on. Between meetings the chair follows up on commitments. Confidentiality is the price of entry, and chairs keep direct competitors out of the same room.

- A small, confidential group of business owners and senior leaders who meet on a regular cadence, chaired by an experienced facilitator. Members bring real decisions to the table, get challenged by peers who have faced the same problems, and leave with commitments they are held to at the next meeting.

- The chair is a Certified Stratifier, so the group is not only conversation. Members work from the same benchmarking, strategy and quarterly execution discipline used inside the platform, and the chair tracks commitments between meetings.
- How often do groups meet?
- Most meet monthly or quarterly, in person, virtually or in a hybrid format. Each listing publishes its own cadence, format and location so you can find one that fits.
- How do I join a group?
- Contact the chair directly through their listing. Chairs interview prospective members and manage seats to keep the group balanced and free of competitors.
